Not a problem with Mac Aid.
Every month we will send out a monthly report to you. The information includes the name of the technician that attended, time billed, and what work they performed. We even let you know when you are running low on hours, giving you plenty of time to decide on your next top-up amount.
Prepaid IT Support Blocks
- 10 hours for $2,100 ex GST – effective $210 per hour
- 20 hours for $4,000 ex GST – effective $200 per hour
- 40 hours for $7,600 ex GST – effective $190 per hour
- 100 hours for $18,000 ex GST – effective $180 per hour
- 200 hours for $34,000 ex GST – effective $170 per hour
Prepaid hours don’t expire unless you don’t transact with us in any way for over 12 months.
