Onsite Support Services

Mac Aid offers face to face support services onsite in your working environment, including all relevant peripherals and networks.

Working on one computer or many, an onsite technician can quickly resolve issues. They can also provide your business with a fresh perspective on the workings of the current infrastructure.

Our technicians are friendly, experienced and knowledgeable and can solve your business’ IT problems efficiently and diligently. Better still, they will carry a box of the most requested and required items. So, if there is something missing, chances are we will have it nearby.

Mac Aid travels on-site anywhere in the Melbourne Metropolitan and Greater Melbourne Area. Our normal hours of business are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm. Out of hours work can be accommodated, simply contact the office for a discussion.

In-house / Carry-in

Our carry in service can provide a more suitable and cost-effective method depending upon the issues requiring attention. This service is best suited when the hardware needs repairing or solving the issues requires waiting times. This can include:

  • Completing diagnostics,
  • Copying data,
  • Removing malware,
  • Installing software,
  • And much more.

All of our carry-in services are completed in our Burnley office. It is always best to call ahead, so we can book this in straightaway with one our technicians.

The Mac Aid office is located near the Burnley street exit off the Monash Freeway. Free parking is also available in front of the Mac Aid office.

Remote Support Services

Remote support services can be convenient and are often subject to better waiting times and a lower cost resolution. This service can provide a great solution for businesses near and far. Providing support is then only a quick phone call away.

Prior to calling us, download the Mac Aid remote tool. This can be found by clicking on the white spanner, located at the top right-hand corner of the page. With this screen sharing application, our technicians can see and control your computer to resolve issues remotely while you are on the phone.

Apart from daily support, some routine tasks such as back up, monitoring and maintenance can be provided. This enables a cost-effective confidence in your IT environment.

 

Customers find it of great use to have such a valuable IT resource on hand for their staff. Our engineers and technicians can assist internal IT personnel, cover their leave, as well as lead IT projects and implementation tasks.
