Onsite Apple Support Services

Mac Aid primarily attends onsite offering face to face support services in your environment, with all relevant peripherals and networks.

Whether on one computer or many, an onsite technician can quickly bring resolution to issues and can provide a fresh perspective on the environment.

Our technicians are friendly, well presented, experienced and knowledgeable, and can solve your business’ IT problems efficiently.

Mac Aid travels on-site anywhere in the Melbourne Metropolitan Area. Our normal hours of business are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm.

However, appointments can be booked outside of these times by agreement.

In-house/ Carry In

Sometimes an alternative action is required and so carry-in service can provide a more suitable and cost effective method where hardware or waiting times such as diagnostics, copying data or installing software are involved. With carry in service technicians can work on other tasks during this waiting time, thus saving you money.

The office is right near the Burnley street exit of the Monash Freeway, 100 m from Burnley station, with plenty of parking available.

Remote Apple Support Services

Remote support services can be convenient and is often subject to better waiting times and a lower cost resolution providing a great solution for businesses near and far. Support is only a quick phone call away.

With the Mac Aid remote tool, a powerful screen sharing application, our technicians are able see and control your computer with you to resolve issues remotely where an Internet connection is present.

Other than daily support, even some routine tasks such as back up monitoring and maintenance tasks can be provided remotely enabling cost effective confidence in your IT environment. 

Customers find it of great use to have such an IT resource on hand for their staff whether it to assist internal IT, cover annual leave, or lead the projects and implementations.  

Mac OS X 10.5 and later and supported (including El Capitan) and a working internet connection is required.
