Our Apple Support Staff

At Mac Aid we have a talented collection of staff with many years of experience.


Owner and Director of Mac Aid, Jason is a lifelong Mac fanatic. Since founding Mac Aid in April 2004, Jason has expanded the company in terms of staff and offerings to its current shape and form with its team of knowledgeable engineers and technicians, helpful office and salespeople and technical workshop.


Stuart began with at Mac Aid mid 2010. His connection with the Mac world began with the purchase of the original Mac 128k for school many years ago. Prior to Mac Aid, he has been involved in designing, building and running networks for many different businesses. He spends his weekends being involved in putting small aircrafts together with other aviation enthusiasts.


Sean joined Mac Aid as a full-time technician in early 2012, and comes from a project engineering/manufacturing background. His first experience with computing was with the Apple II. Since then, he has owned a Macintosh SE/30, Power Macintosh 7200, and an iMac G5. Sean is happily married with 4 lovely (but sometimes naughty) children.

Nathan J

Nathan joined Mac Aid mid 2012, and works as a full-time engineer.

A quick learner, and coming from a retail experience background, Nathan is keenly making his way in the computing world. As well as ensuring that the customer is happy with the service that has been provided.

In his spare time, Nathan teaches ballroom dancing, as well as enjoying the odd Batman/Harry Potter movie marathon.


Lee joined the Mac Aid crew towards the beginning of June 2015.

An avid geek that loves Japan, Lord of the Rings, anime, and Pokemon, you'll find Lee out catching 'em all with Pokemon Go.

Willing to learn and happy to help, Lee is up for any challenge.


Ricky is our resident workshop tech. Becoming part of the team in late 2016, Ricky enjoys tinkering out the back, making sure everything fits back together and works flawlessly. If you ever need a helping hand, Ricky is your man.


Mark is our newest addition to the tech fleet. Joining Mac Aid in early 2017, Mark prides himself on making sure the customer is 100% happy with the service provided.

In his spare time, Mark and his family like to cook, and get together to make traditional Italian meals.


Whilst performing an assortment of office duties, Wendy's primary role at Mac Aid is Financial Controller.

Wendy has worked in customer service, for 20+ years, prior to joining Jason in assisting with the running of Mac Aid in 2004.


Ashley joined us in early 2011. Chances are, she's the first smiling face you see when you enter the office. Ash is our super admin chick, and phone extraordinaire. Have a chat to her in order to work out how best to go about your issues.


Asher joined Mac Aid in early 2017. Currently working part time, you may see her sitting at the reception desk when you enter the office. Always cheerful and happy to help, Asher will endeavour to make sure your Mac Aid experience is a pleasant one.
